You were nominated

If you're here, it's because
someone saw something remarkable in you.

Future Lab is not a training program. It's a space for guided experimentation — for those who have already shown they operate differently and want to find out how far that can go.

You were nominated by one of our partner organizations that knows your trajectory. That already says something about you.

Here, you'll build something that matters for your future — with access to people and tools that would be hard to find outside this context.

What drives the experience

Three pillars.

Everything revolves around what matters to you. Your interests tested in practice.

01

Impact

You develop a project connected to a real direction you want to explore. Something that advances an existing ambition or tests a hypothesis about your career.

02

Brilliant people

Peers who raise the bar. Mentors who challenge and expand what's possible. Interactions that are rare outside this environment.

03

Building with AI

Learning happens by building. No fixed tracks — real challenges, frontier tools, and AI as the main amplifier.

The experience

6 weeks, from July 13 to August 21

No rigid step-by-step. We offer rituals that expand your development.

JUNE

Pre-journey

Profile mapping, mentor network setup, and preparation for what's ahead.

Weeks 1 & 2

Direction

Expand references, define your project, and articulate a clear vision for your future.

WEEK 2 · JULY 23 TO 26

In-person immersion

A week of hands-on immersion focused on practical development, expanding your repertoire, and direct interaction with top professionals.

Weeks 3 to 5

Execution

Build, test, and evolve. 1:1 and small group mentoring, access to the partner network, and demo moments to showcase what you're creating.

Week 6

Delivery

Final presentation to mentors and guests. A moment of exposure and closing the cycle.

How your time works

Sessions are recommended. Your growth is what counts.

We estimate ~2h/week between mentoring and rituals. Some activities have a fixed group schedule, others are tailored to your availability. Everything is highly recommended, but optional. What matters is your commitment to the outcome you want to build.

Frequently asked questions

What you need to know

No. The experience doesn't require prior technical knowledge. AI is used as a tool for building and exploring, not as an academic subject. Participants from different fields contribute in different ways.
We estimate ~2h/week, between mentoring, check-ins and other rituals, but the journey is flexible and the dedication varies depending on each participant's project and pace. What matters is consistency and real progress.
No. The week in São Paulo is the centerpiece of the experience — where connections deepen, projects accelerate, and the level of exchange is at its peak. All logistics, accommodation, and meals are covered by the Telles Foundation. If you're not fully available, we can be flexible.
The evaluation considers your progress throughout the journey, the quality of your project, and the consistency of your engagement. The standout award is an international immersion of up to 1 week defined together with the participant, through the Telles Foundation network.
